How does Secure Checkout resolve a dispute?

Secure Checkout will investigate a dispute case and come to a fair resolution based on the proofs submitted by buyer and seller. The dispute investigation will take3 to 5 working days from the date when the dispute was raised by either party. For dispute cases, buyer and seller will be required to send evidence to facilitate our investigation.

How will I know if my dispute is resolved?

Once the case has reached a conclusion, our dispute team will inform both buyer and seller via email about the status of the case. Payment will be released to the buyer if the request for refund is successful. If the request for refund fails, the Secure Checkout Guarantee of the order will resume and seller will receive the payment once Secure Checkout Guarantee ends.

How long will it take for me to receive my overseas order?

You may expect to receive your overseas order within (9 to 25 days). The calculation excludes public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days. Do note that delivery of overseas orders may take longer due to unexpected weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or holidays. Given that you want to purchase a product for someone who resides in a different country from you, then you will need to make your purchase using the Secure Checkout app for that region
